Article 1 – Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 2 – Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
- Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer digitally.
Article 3 – The offer and the agreement
- If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
- Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer (such as obvious pricing errors) do not bind the entrepreneur.
- The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer and compliance with the conditions set therein.
Article 4 – Right of withdrawal (Cooling-off period)
- When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for a period of 14 days provided that the items are unopened, used, or undamaged.
This period commences on the day after receipt of the product.
- During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and the packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked to the extent necessary to assess whether the consumer wishes to keep the product (comparable to a physical store).
- Exception: Products that cannot be returned after opening due to hygiene or health protection, or that have become irreparably mixed due to their nature (e.g., opened liquids/maintenance products from Purus Carwash), are excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken.
Article 5 – Costs in case of withdrawal
- If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the shipping costs for delivery and return shipment shall be borne by him.
- The entrepreneur will refund the full order amount, excluding the initial shipping costs, as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after return shipment.
Article 6 – Price and Payment
- The prices stated in the product offer include VAT.
- Price changes implemented due to external factors (such as VAT changes) may be passed on at any time.
- The consumer must make the payment directly via the webshop using the offered payment methods (iDEAL, Credit card, etc.).
- The entrepreneur will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders.
- The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has provided to the company.
- The entrepreneur aims to deliver within the timeframe indicated on the website. If a delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified of this within 30 days at the latest.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Article 8 – Warranty and Conformity
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.
The consumer must report defects in delivered products to the entrepreneur in writing within a reasonable time (no later than 2 months) after discovery.
Article 9 – Complaints Procedure and Disputes
- Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur in full and clearly described.
- Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
